A little history

jim - CopyThe 19th Festival will be 7th, 8th 9th October 2016

Started in 1998 by Jim Riley, the festival is now an established part of the calendar with people returning year after year to what has been described as “surely the best little festival in the UK”.

The first festival began on a Friday evening in the Social Club where Steppin’ Out performed their first gig in Beer. The Social Club remained a very important part of the festival, until it sadly closed earlier this year.
